As a Sales Advisor / Administrative Assistant, you will be the vibrant heartbeat of our team, seamlessly blending customer service with administrative excellence. You’ll engage with customers, manage front desk activities, and support various administrative functions that keep our business thriving. Top Tint Service is Decatur’s trusted supplier of premium vehicle and architectural enhancements. We specialize in Automotive Window Tinting, Paint Protection Film (PPF), Vehicle Care, and Residential/Commercial Window Tinting. From premium window films that keep your home, office, or vehicle cool and comfortable to PPF that protects your paint, we strive to enhance every aspect of our clients’ experience.
What you’ll do
- Greet and assist customers at the front desk, delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and directed appropriately.
- Respond promptly to leads via phone and email
- Maintain organized office management practices, including filing, data entry, and calendar management.
- Provide information about automotive and residential/commercial tint services, along with all other products offered
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks and financial record-keeping to support the sales team.
- Manage check-out process for departing clients
- Provide clerical support by proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy in all communications.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support initiatives and improve service delivery.
- Assist in managing schedules and appointments as a personal assistant to ensure efficient time management.
- Leverage Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools to create reports, presentations, and other essential documents.
- Assist with social media and content tasks (posting updates, capturing photos/videos, and supporting marketing initiatives)
- Assist with vehicle pick-up and drop-off
- Support co-workers with daily tasks
- Manage shop inventory
- Run errands such as picking up supplies and products
Basic qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (front desk preferred)
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Projected Total Compensation: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
