Immediate opening for a Bilingual HR Generalist to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role partners with leadership and employees on employee relations, compliance, training, and performance management.
What you’ll do:
- Support employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions
- Assist with onboarding, training, and HR documentation
- Ensure HR policy compliance and regulatory reporting
- Support performance management, attendance, and safety matters
- Assist with recruiting and staffing activities
What we’re looking for:
- Bilingual Spanish/English (required – verbal & written)
- 2 years as an HR Generalist or HR Associate (manufacturing or retail preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, hands-on environment
