Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols.
- Operate PET/CT and SPECT imaging equipment and ensure patient safety during procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records using the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited program in Nuclear Medicine.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nuclear Medicine.
- Active ARRT (Nuclear) or NMTCB (CNMT) certification.
- Vermont Nuclear Medicine Technologist license (or eligible to obtain one).
- Ability to provide a copy of your college transcript upon interview.
Nice-To-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with Epic EMR.
- Experience in PET/CT imaging.
- Background working in a Level I trauma center.
- At least one year of paid experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
