Top Tier Kleaning is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Driver & Logistics Coordinator to support our vacation rental cleaning operations. This position is responsible for safely transporting cleaners between properties, delivering cleaning supplies, equipment, linens, and amenities, and ensuring our teams have everything they need to complete each turnover efficiently.
This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent time management, strong communication, quick decision-making, and the ability to take initiative. Every day is different, and the ideal candidate thrives under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport cleaning staff to and from multiple vacation rental properties throughout Panama City Beach, West End, and Santa Rosa Beach.
- Deliver and pick up cleaning supplies, equipment, linens, and amenities according to the daily schedule.
- Ensure all deliveries and pickups are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain communication with the office regarding schedule updates, delays, and any issues that arise.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies are running low.
- Keep the company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked.
- Assist with loading and unloading cleaning equipment, vacuums, linen bags, and supply caddies.
- Respond quickly to urgent supply requests from cleaning teams.
Downtime Responsibilities
When transportation duties are complete, the Driver & Logistics Coordinator will assist with operational preparation by:
- Preparing and stocking cleaning caddies.
- Organizing linen bags.
- Preparing guest amenities for upcoming cleanings.
- Organizing inventory and supply storage.
- Helping maintain a clean, organized storage.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing schedules.
- Comfortable using GPS and navigation apps.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous driving, delivery, logistics, or warehouse experience.
- Experience working in hospitality, vacation rentals, or the cleaning industry.
- Knowledge of the Panama City Beach and 30A areas is a plus.
