Job Highlights:
- Home Weekly: 34-hour resets (mid-week, not on weekends).
- Equipment: 2022 Freightliner or KW T680 (Automatic).
- No Slip Seating: Drivers can take the truck home.
- Touch Freight: Loading boxes (1–35 lbs) onto conveyors.
- Consistent Work: 1,600 average miles per week with 1–6 stops per day.
- Pet & Rider Policy: Available from day one.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Weekly Pay: $1,600 – $1,800 average gross.
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 ($500 after 1st delivery, $500 at 30 days, $1,000 at 60 days).
- Mileage Pay: $0.46 – $0.56 CPM (based on experience).
- Stop Pay: $230 per unloaded trailer (average 3 trailers weekly).
- Backhaul Pay: $50 per backhaul.
- Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO (starts after 30 days).
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Minimum 3 months of recent Class A experience (within the last 3 years).
- No failed or refused DOT drug tests (ever).
- No terminations for safety-related reasons from your last job.
- Clean driving record: Max 1 DOT preventable accident (last 3 years); Max 3 total incidents (last 3 years).
- NO SAP DRIVERS.
- Note: Drivers living 50 miles from the terminal must have secure truck/trailer parking.
