Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and represent client brands professionally.
- Proven or emerging skills in Sales and Sales & Marketing, including lead generation, relationship building, and closing or supporting sales opportunities.
- Ability to participate in and contribute to Training, both as a learner and, over time, as a peer mentor for new team members.
- Prior experience in events, retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role is beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site at events, standing for extended periods, and engaging with diverse audiences.
- Goal-oriented mindset, reliability, and openness to coaching and continuous learning.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in marketing, business, or related fields is a plus.
