This is a B2B sales role ideal for someone experienced in Building Automation Systems (BAS), Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC Controls, or DDC Controls who enjoys developing new business and building long-term client relationships.
The ideal candidate brings 3 years of controls sales experience, an existing network or book of business, and a strong drive to succeed through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships
- Sell Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC Controls, BMS, and DDC Controls solutions
- Manage and grow a sales pipeline and book of business
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
Qualifications
