About the Role
Our Client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition, expand storage and fulfillment services, and deliver profitable revenue growth across their asset-based truck division. This role is well-suited for a high-performing sales professional with a strong industry network in logistics.
Responsibilities
- 4–10 years of sales or business development experience in brokerage sales, 3PL, fulfillment, or logistics services
- Established network of prospective customers and broker relationships (strong advantage)
- Demonstrated ability to build a sales pipeline from the ground up and close long-term contracts
Required Skills
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to translate customer needs into scalable operational solutions
- Strong financial acumen, margins, and profitability
- High level of autonomy, discipline, and self-motivation
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with operations, billing, and leadership teams
