Manager in Training

The Role

As a Manager in Training, you will work closely with experienced leadership to learn all aspects of the operation — from production and sales floor management to team development and customer experience. You will be hands on from day one with a clear path toward a management position. This is a no nights position.

What You'll Be Doing

• Learning and supporting daily production and sales floor operations
• Assisting in hiring, training, scheduling, and mentoring team members
• Applying mechanical and product knowledge to support customers and the team
• Handling cash, validating receipts, and ensuring accurate register procedures
• Preparing and analyzing production and sales reports
• Communicating and implementing company policies and procedures
• Upholding safety and environmental standards at all times
• Collaborating with leadership to continuously improve store results
• Resolving customer and employee concerns professionally
• Working comfortably in an indoor and outdoor environment

What You Bring

• Some supervisory or lead experience in a retail or production setting
• Mechanical inclination and comfort in a hands on environment
• Cash handling experience is a plus
• A floor level leadership style — you lead by doing
• Strong communication skills with customers, vendors, team members, and leadership
• Willingness to learn and grow into a management role
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
• Comfort working indoors and outdoors
• Valid drivers license
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
