System Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a System Engineer to ensure the reliability, scalability, and overall performance of our enterprise infrastructure. This role oversees servers, cloud platforms, core applications, and security frameworks while driving continuous improvement across IT services. You will play a key role in infrastructure strategy, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilitie

• sImplement, support, and optimize Azure cloud services, virtualization platforms, and enterprise security technologies
• .Provide advanced support for Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, and hybrid-cloud environments
• .Lead automation efforts using PowerShell and other tools to reduce manual work and improve efficiency
• .Participate in planning and executing infrastructure enhancements aligned with business objectives
• .Maintain system uptime through effective backup, DR, and high-availability strategies
• .Mentor junior IT staff and support their technical development
• .Develop and maintain policies, documentation, and standard operating procedures
• .Support after-hours maintenance and emergency response when required
• .Uphold all compliance, ethical, and regulatory requirements associated with the role

Qualificatio

• ns7 years of IT systems administration experience within an enterprise environmen
• t.Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, AD, Group Policy, Intune, and identity managemen
• t.Hands-on experience with VMware/Hyper-V virtualization, server/storage platforms, and enterprise networkin
• g.Solid understanding of network and endpoint security framework
• s.Proficient with PowerShell scripting and automation tool
• s.Experience managing IT projects and communicating with cross-functional stakeholder
• s.Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service desk operation
• s.Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and leadership capabilitie
