Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sourcing Consultant to join on a contract basis. This role will focus on evaluating and improving current sourcing processes, with an emphasis on driving stronger outcomes for high-volume and recurring roles. The ideal candidate will be a recruiting expert with a strong track record in accounting and finance hiring, capable of assessing strategies quickly, making actionable recommendations, and demonstrating best practices through hands-on sourcing.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assess existing sourcing processes and provide expert recommendations to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Develop a clear, comprehensive playbook to guide sourcers in daily activities and outreach strategies.
- Work directly with sourcers to model effective sourcing practices and improve candidate engagement.
- Help refine key performance indicators and ensure alignment with overall hiring goals.
- Document sourcing strategies and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and sustainability beyond the contract.

- Extensive experience in accounting and finance recruiting, with a proven ability to design and implement effective sourcing programs.

Team and Reporting Structure
