Software Engineer Job Description
This is a permanent position as a software engineer for our client in the Auburn, Alabama area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design C# and ASP.NET applications to meet specific requirements.
- Create and modify SQL stored procedures to optimize database performance.
- Configure, test, and maintain servers, workstations, VMs, and printers/scanners to ensure system stability.
- Use Network Monitoring tools to proactively monitor and resolve system issues.
- Serve as an escalation point for MES technicians, providing technical guidance and support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in ASP.Net and WinForms development.
- 5-7 years of experience in SQL database management.
- 3 years of experience in Azure DevOps.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior system administration experience.
- Prior MES or manufacturing experience.
