Collaborates with senior scheduling leadership to develop and maintain preconstruction, and construction-phase schedules. Works closely with project teams to ensure schedules are accurate, current, and aligned with project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain project schedules by entering or importing activity logic, sequencing, and durations
- Apply activity codes and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) classifications to support reporting and analysis
- Generate and distribute scheduling deliverables
- Compile schedule performance data and develop spreadsheets or databases to analyze trends and visualize progress
- Perform regular schedule updates by incorporating field progress and input from project stakeholders
- Analyze as-built schedules to extract historical data and performance benchmarks
