The Plant Controller will play a crucial role in managing the financial activities of our manufacturing facility, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with financial regulations.

- Collaborate with plant management to develop annual operating budgets and provide ongoing financial guidance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve plant efficiency and profitability.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy.
- Manage cost accounting processes, including standard costing, inventory valuation, and product costing analysis

Requirements:
- BS in Business related field
- 5 years of accounting and/or finance experience
- 7 years in a manufacturing environment including costing
- Critical to have experience effectively communicating with executives
Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
