Human Resources Information System Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst with deep expertise in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) to support our HR and Payroll operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building, maintaining, and optimizing payroll reports, system configurations, and integrations—ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilitie

• sServe as the subject matter expert (SME) for ADP WFN payroll and reporting
• .Design, build, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts from scratch to meet business and compliance needs
• .Configure and optimize payroll system workflows, security roles, and modules within ADP WFN
• .Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to identify system needs and implement scalable solutions
• .Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve data or configuration errors
• .Support payroll cycles through validation, testing, and audit processes
• .Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal controls related to payroll and HR data
• .Document system processes, configuration changes, and reporting standards

• ns3 years of hands-on HRIS experience, with at least 2 years focused on ADP Workforce Now (payroll, reporting, and configuration
• ).Strong knowledge of payroll processes, compliance, and HR data managemen
• t.Proven ability to design and build reports/configurations from scratch in ADP WF
• N.Experience with system testing, data audits, and troubleshootin
• g.Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.); SQL/report writing experience is a plu
