About the Role
We are seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst with deep expertise in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) to support our HR and Payroll operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building, maintaining, and optimizing payroll reports, system configurations, and integrations—ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilitie
- sServe as the subject matter expert (SME) for ADP WFN payroll and reporting
- .Design, build, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts from scratch to meet business and compliance needs
- .Configure and optimize payroll system workflows, security roles, and modules within ADP WFN
- .Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to identify system needs and implement scalable solutions
- .Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve data or configuration errors
- .Support payroll cycles through validation, testing, and audit processes
- .Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal controls related to payroll and HR data

Qualificatio
- ns3 years of hands-on HRIS experience, with at least 2 years focused on ADP Workforce Now (payroll, reporting, and configuration

- N.Experience with system testing, data audits, and troubleshootin
- g.Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.); SQL/report writing experience is a plu
- s.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skill
- s.Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferre
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
