Financial Operations Accountant
We’re partnering with a growing, project-driven organization to hire a Financial Operations Accountant. This role partners closely with operations and leadership to deliver financial insight, forecasting, and analytics that directly impact business decisions.
The Financial Operations Accountant will own the financial performance of complex projects—driving visibility across revenue, costs, cash flow, and risk. The right candidate is highly analytical, operationally minded, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own project financial performance, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Deliver actionable insights across P&L, cash flow, and backlog
- Partner with Operations, Project Management, and Finance leadership
- Ensure strong controls, data accuracy, and process discipline
Ideal Background
- 5-7 years in operational finance, accounting, FP&A, or project-based environments
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Experience translating data into clear, actionable insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
