What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing Analyst position at Top Stack?
We are seeking a Billing Analyst to become an integral part of our team! You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts as it relates to billing. This is a contract to hire, remote opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Research and respond to billing inquiries
- Review AP Aging Reports
- Utilize excel daily (pivots and VLOOKUP)
- Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
- Perform all other office tasks
?Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Billing/AR
- Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
- Experience in data entry
- Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
