We are seeking an experienced AR Analyst to join a growing operational accounting team. This role supports financial reporting, ensures balance sheet accuracy, and drives reconciliation processes. Key Responsibilities:Reconcile daily credit card sales transactions to bank deposits and processor reports.Investigate and resolve discrepancies, including chargebacks, declined transactions, or duplicate charges.Prepare and maintain reconciliation schedules for month-end close and financial reporting.Partner with operations to follow up on missing or incorrect transaction details.Provide reporting and insights to support management decisions.Identify trends or recurring issues and recommend process improvements. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience (8 years of general ledger/accounting experience considered).7 years of broad-based accounting experience in a private corporate environment.Experience with account reconciliation and large-scale ERP systems.
