A well-established insurance brokerage is seeking an Account Manager to join its Commercial Lines team. This role focuses on managing renewals, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring excellent service across a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
- Handle renewals, quotes, and coverage reviews
- Negotiate pricing and coverage with carriers
- Prepare certificates, endorsements, and client proposals
- Identify additional coverage opportunities and support cross-selling
- Maintain accurate policy data in the agency system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client needs
What We’re Looking For
- 4 years of commercial insurance experience
- Property & Casualty license required
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- College degree and/or insurance designations (CIC, CISR, CPCU) preferred
