Front of House Bar Manager
Top Shooters – Columbia, IL
Pay: $45,000 – $53,000 salary performance bonuses
Schedule: Full-time management schedule (typically 5 shifts per week). Includes nights, weekends, and peak league/event nights
About Us
At Top Shooters, we’re more than a place that says we have a positive culture. We work hard to actually live it.
No role here is too small to have a voice. Our team is encouraged to speak up, share ideas, and be part of improving how we operate. We do the kind of volume that competes with large franchise restaurants, but we’ve kept the feel of a locally owned business where people know each other and work as a team.
Our ownership and management team emphasize collaboration, accountability, and follow-through. If we say we’re going to do something, we take that seriously.
We’re looking for a strong floor leader to help run one of the busiest bars in the area. This role is ideal for someone who has supervised in a high-volume environment and is ready to step into a true management position.
You’ll be one of two Front of House Managers working alongside our GM, AGM, and Kitchen Manager to keep service running smoothly and the bartender team performing at a high level.
What You’ll Own
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be on the floor, supporting staff, solving problems, and making sure the bar runs smoothly from open to close.
