Top Shelf Botanicals is looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and reliable Budtender to join our Three Forks team. As the face of our dispensary, you aren’t just ringing up sales; you are a trusted guide for our patients and customers, helping them navigate our selection to find the perfect product for their needs.
What You’ll Do
- Customer Excellence: Provide a welcoming environment and expert consultations for both medicinal patients and recreational customers.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of flower strains, concentrates, edibles, and topicals.
- Compliance: Strictly adhere to Montana state regulations, including meticulous ID checking and inventory tracking.
- Operations: Assist with inventory management, POS transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized storefront.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous retail or hospitality experience is preferred; cannabis industry experience is a major plus.
- Compliance-Minded: Must be 21 and must have a Montana Marijuana Worker Permit.
- The Vibe: A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a "team-first" mentality.
- Reliability: Punctuality is non-negotiable. Our customers count on us being there when the doors open.
