Position: Sales Manager
A rapidly growing roofing company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales team. This role is ideal for a leader who can develop strong sales professionals and drive consistent revenue growth.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and has a strong background in home improvement sales (preferably roofing)
Key Responsibilities
- Interview and hire motivated in-home sales representatives
- Train and coach team members on presentations, closing techniques, and handling objections
- Monitor daily and weekly sales performance metrics
- Conduct team meetings and provide ongoing field coaching
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in home improvement sales (roofing, siding, windows, or exterior services preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience leading or mentoring a sales team
- Proven record of strong sales performance
- Strong coaching and team development skills
Compensation
- Competitive base salary plus team performance overrides
- Additional performance-based bonuses
