Recognized as one of the most desirable law firms to work for globally.LOCATION:New York CityKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Support the Litigation (Regulatory) practice with business development and marketing initiatives in collaboration with senior BD leadershipConduct daily research on litigation activity, regulatory matters, industry trends, and current events to identify business opportunitiesDraft, edit, and proofread customized pitch materials, proposals, and RFP responsesPrepare background research and business intelligence for litigation partnersMaintain and update practice descriptions, case summaries, attorney bios, and BD databasesAssist with case and docket tracking, client events, and litigation-related BD programsRespond to ad hoc BD requests from litigation partnersREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, English, Communications, or related field preferred)0–2 years of professional experience with strong writing responsibilities; law firm or legal marketing experience preferredStrong research, writing, editing, and analytical skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; PowerPoint a plusFamiliarity with litigation and regulatory practice areas preferredHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlinesProfessional demeanor with the ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentialityFlexibility to work overtime as neededCompany DescriptionExperience and commitment is rewarded!
