About the Role

Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, develop, and manage a sales team of 8 - 10 field representatives.
- Conduct regular joint sales calls with Sales Representatives and Account Managers and work closely with strategic accounts.
- Work with national sales and training managers to implement effective sales strategies and training procedures.
- Monitor and analyse sales goals, identifying opportunities for improvement.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Frequent travel within the territory with occasional travel.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 10 years of experience in Sales / Sales management with strong leadership and coaching skills.
