Overview
We’re seeking an experienced IT SaaS Applications Manager to lead the strategy, delivery, and support of enterprise SaaS platforms within a dynamic university environment. This role will oversee application performance, drive IT service excellence, and ensure systems align with organizational goals and industry best practices (ITIL).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of SaaS applications, including configuration, integrations, and ongoing enhancements
- Lead ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management) and promote ITIL best practices
- Oversee service delivery, ensuring SLA/KPI targets are met and continuously improved
- Supervise and mentor a team of analysts and administrators
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align technology solutions with business needs
- Deliver training and communication to end users and internal teams
- Track performance metrics, generate reports, and identify improvement opportunities
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new tools or system enhancements
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data privacy standards
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of experience leading technical or product-focused teams
- Experience with SaaS applications and IT service delivery
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Proven ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
