Overview
We are seeking a Paycom Implementation Specialist to lead and support end-to-end implementations of the Paycom HCM platform for new and existing clients. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to configure Paycom modules, migrate data, optimize processes, and ensure a smooth go-live and adoption.
The ideal candidate has hands-on Paycom experience, strong payroll and HR process knowledge, and excels at translating business requirements into system configuration.
Key Responsibilities
Paycom Implementation & Configuration
- Lead full-cycle Paycom implementations, including discovery, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Configure Paycom modules such as Payroll, Core HR, Time & Labor, Benefits Administration, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding.
- Support Paycom system upgrades, enhancements, and module rollouts.
Requirements & Process Analysis
- Gather and document HR and payroll requirements from clients or internal stakeholders.
- Analyze current-state processes and design optimized future-state workflows within Paycom.
- Translate business requirements into system configuration, workflows, and validation rules.
Data Migration & Testing
- Manage employee data migration from legacy HR/payroll systems into Paycom.
- Validate data accuracy and completeness prior to go-live.
- Conduct payroll parallel testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
Payroll & Compliance Support
- Ensure accurate payroll configuration, including earnings, deductions, taxes, and garnishments.
- Support compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Assist with ACA reporting, benefits compliance, and audit requests as needed.
Client & Stakeholder Support
- Act as the primary point of contact during implementation engagements.
- Provide training, documentation, and guidance to HR, Payroll, and end users.
- Support change management and adoption across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of hands-on experience implementing or administering Paycom.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll processing and HR operations.
- Experience configuring Paycom modules including Payroll, Core HR, and Time & Labor.
- Proven experience with data migration, payroll testing, and go-live support.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
Salary : $55 - $70
