ERP Systems, Enterprise Applications, ITSM Frameworks, hands-on IT leadership

We’re looking for a hands-on IT leader to oversee enterprise applications and drive the performance, reliability, and evolution of core ERP services.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and mentor a team supporting ERP and enterprise applications
• Oversee system configurations, integrations, upgrades, and ongoing support
• Lead IT projects end-to-end (planning, execution, delivery)
• Apply ITSM best practices across Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Partner with business stakeholders to align systems with operational needs
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous service improvement
• Manage priorities, resources, and team workload to meet organizational goals
• Serve as a technical advisor, evaluating solutions based on value, cost, and risk

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree and experience leading technical or application teams
• Strong background supporting ERP systems and enterprise environments
• Experience with ITSM frameworks and operational best practices
• Proven ability to manage projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
