Overview
Join a team focused on strengthening security culture across the organization. You’ll lead phishing simulations, analyze behavior trends, and develop targeted awareness programs that reduce risk and improve how employees respond to cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities
- Run phishing and social engineering simulations (email, SMS, voice)
- Analyze metrics (click rates, reporting rates, repeat behavior) and provide insights
- Develop training content, campaigns, and internal communications
- Tailor messaging for different audiences (employees, managers, leadership)
- Track program effectiveness using Excel and reporting tools
- Support remediation efforts and behavior change initiatives
- Partner with IT, security, HR, and business teams
- Manage campaigns, timelines, and overall awareness program execution
Qualifications
- 1–3 years in cybersecurity, awareness, training, or related field
- Understanding of phishing and common user-targeted threats
- Strong communication skills (ability to simplify security concepts)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting (Excel required)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives
Nice to Have
- Experience with tools like KnowBe4, Proofpoint, or Cofense
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint)
- Exposure to security frameworks (NIST, ISO, etc.)
- Certifications such as Security or similar
