This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex technical problems, enjoys working across both cloud and on-premises environments, and wants to play a key role in shaping IT infrastructure and security strategies.What You’ll DoBe the final escalation point for technical issues and provide expert-level troubleshooting.Lead cloud migration projects (on-prem to cloud, tenant-to-tenant, cross-platform).Manage and secure Microsoft 365 and on-premises server environments.Oversee network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.Design and deploy security solutions such as MFA.Document processes, deliver training, and mentor junior team members.Respond to high-priority incidents and support after-hours on a rotating basis.What We’re Looking For5 years of experience in a senior technical role.Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Hyper-V/VMware, and network infrastructure.Familiarity with security tools (MDR, EDR, antivirus) and VoIP systems.Industry certifications (Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Security , SonicWall, etc.).Excellent communication, documentation, and mentoring skills.This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of challenging projects, work closely with clients and internal teams, and help drive IT excellence.Company DescriptionTop Prospect Group founders and management team offer more than 25 years of experience in Information Technology and Creative Staffing.
