Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Electrician to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This position will focus on the installation of conduit systems in commercial environments. The ideal candidate will have strong conduit bending experience, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining safety and code compliance.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduit Installation & Fabrication

• Measure, cut, thread, and bend conduit (primarily EMT) for commercial electrical and low-voltage installations.
• Install conduit systems along walls, ceilings, and floors according to project specifications and blueprints.
• Fabricate clean, professional conduit runs while maintaining proper spacing, support, and accessibility.

System Routing & Infrastructure

• Install supports, brackets, hangers, and other mounting hardware required for conduit pathways.
• Follow construction drawings and technical plans to determine conduit routing and installation methods.
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to ensure efficient project execution.

Cable Installation

• Pull and route low-voltage cabling including CAT6, fiber optic, coaxial
• Label, terminate, and organize cabling according to project requirements and industry standards.
• Perform cable testing and troubleshooting as needed.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements and local building regulations.
• Maintain a safe work environment and comply with company safety policies.
• Properly use PPE, ladders, lifts, and other job-site equipment.
• Keep work areas organized and professional.

QualificationsRequired

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical work.
• Strong conduit bending and fabrication experience using hand and mechanical benders.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with electrical and cabling tools including:
• Conduit benders
• Pipe threaders
• Fish tapes
• Cable cutters
• Power tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
