- Assign daily direction and work lists to crew members.
- Perform building walk-throughs and inspections with cleaning technicians, reporting findings to the Operations Assistant Manager/Operations Manager.
- Provide daily reports via email to the Operations Team.
- Fill in for Cleaning Technicians as needed.
- Train new employees according to the Cleaning Blueprints Program.
- Order supplies and maintain inventory.
- Maintain and repair equipment as necessary.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards.
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including but not limited to trash removal, dusting, restroom cleaning, floor sweeping and mopping, vacuuming, window washing, floor buffing, stripping and waxing floors, stone care, carpet cleaning, carpet spotting, and upholstery cleaning. Specific duties may vary depending on client requirements at each location.
- Proven ability to lead a team effectively.
- Experience in providing initial and ongoing training to team members.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Honest and trustworthy.
- Eligible to be bonded for honesty (no recent felonies or offenses).
