Compensation
Commission-only independent contractor opportunity.
There is no guaranteed salary or hourly wage. Compensation is based on commissions earned from successfully closed real estate transactions.
Our average agent sells 20 homes per year, with annual agent income typically ranging from approximately $100,000–$200,000, depending on individual production and closed sales. Past or average agent performance does not guarantee future earnings.
