Fundamentally, I need someone who does top tier work and gives our customers a great experience while doing it.

- Producing clean, high quality paint jobs with sharp lines and great prep
- Showing up on time and finishing on schedule
- Communicating clearly with customers before, during, and after the job
- Being friendly, professional, and respectful in the customer’s home
- Keeping job sites clean every day
- Letting me know right away if something comes up
- Handling customer concerns calmly and fixing issues fast
What’s Required
- Proven experience in residential repaints (interior and exterior)
- General liability insurance and workers’ comp (or exemptions)
- Strong communication skills and a customer service skills with customers
- Attention to detail and standards higher than the customer’s
- Reliability
