We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Professional to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of residential and commercial spaces. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all areas within residential properties.
- Operate various cleaning equipment and tools such as vacuums, floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and janitorial supplies efficiently.
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed.
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or equipment safely.
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper use of cleaning detergents and chemicals.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow outdoor work protocols when required for properties with exterior cleaning needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation procedures.
- Familiarity with various cleaning equipment and the safe handling of cleaning detergents and chemicals.
- Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy objects safely.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday.
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
