Overview
Locators LTD Property Management is seeking a dedicated cleaning person to join our team. We offer flexible hours/schedules, making it perfect for High School or College students, retirees or stay-at-home parents who would like to earn extra cash while their children are in school.
Flexible schedule: Work a minimum of 12 to 20 hours per week. Optional weekend hours when available and no holidays.
Mostly residential cleaning after resident move-outs and could also include some light commercial cleaning.
Salary:
$15 - $17 per hour to start, based on experience.
Part-Time – 31 hrs or less
Responsibilities:
General Cleaning Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Sweeping / Vacuuming
- Dusting
- Mopping
- Deep Cleaning
- Bathroom Deep Cleaning and Disinfecting
- Kitchen Deep Cleaning and Disinfecting
- Trash Removal (If necessary)
- Notify Management of any repairs needed.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurance.
- Must have your own reliable transportation to and from each job.
- Must pass a background screening.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical fitness is important, as you will be bending, twisting and possibly lifting up to 40lbs.
- Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time.
- Must be reliable, self-motivated and be able to work independently with strong attention to detail and time management skills..
- Experience a plus but not required as there will be training provided.
