You will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for turning inquiries into booked moves while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries professionally
- Build trust with customers by understanding their moving needs
- Provide clear, accurate information about services, pricing, and scheduling
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively to maintain satisfaction
Sales & Booking
- Generate accurate moving quotes and explain pricing confidently
- Convert leads into booked jobs through strong communication and follow-up
- Upsell additional services such as packing, storage, and specialty item handling
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Operations Support
- Enter customer details and job information into the system accurately
- Coordinate with dispatch and moving crews to ensure smooth scheduling
- Send estimates, contracts, and confirmations in a timely manner
- Maintain organized records of all customer interactions
Qualifications
- 1 year experience in customer service, sales, or call center (moving industry preferred)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and scheduling tools
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Preferred Skills
- Experience in moving, logistics, or transportation industry
- Proven track record in sales or lead conversion
- Bilingual is a plus
