The Sales Role
Hiring Immediately - As a full-time sales representative, we’re preparing you to succeed in more than just your current position. You will be trained in all of our products and be able to deliver interactive sales presentations that will teach communication skills, negotiation tactics, strategic planning and problem solving. This role will provide you the foundational education and experience needed for all future career growth.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and customers to understand needs to deliver solutions
- Assist with campaign management and strategy execution
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Track and manage customer interactions and follow-ups
- Collaborate with team members and leaders to achieve shared goals
- Participate in team meetings, sales training, and workshops
- Represent Elevate Home Specialists and our clients with professionalism and integrity
- Consistently meet weekly and monthly performance goals
- Work alongside industry leading clients in home security, telecom, and fiber optics.

The Compensation
- $800 Sign-on bonus*
- Weekly base, plus commission
- Average earning: $1,200 -$1,400 WEEKLY
$800 which will be paid in full on weekly paycheck after 24 alarm sales are completed. The full sign-on bonus is contingent on successfully completing the two weeks of initial training and 24 alarm sales.
Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,400.00 per week
