Top Lock Locksmiths & Security is a national leader in commercial and automotive locksmith services, working with high-end retailers, healthcare facilities, restaurants, and corporate offices — plus daily automotive key services for high-volume fleet companies.

We're hiring Entry-Level Automotive Locksmiths and providing fully paid, one-on-one training with an experienced mentor. No locksmith experience is required to apply — though prior experience is a plus. What matters most is mechanical curiosity and a willingness to learn a skilled trade most people don't even know exists.

What You'll Learn to Do:

• Cut and program automotive keys across a wide range of makes and models
• Duplicate automotive keys using industry-specific tools and software
• Unlock vehicle doors and trunks using professional locksmith equipment
• Diagnose and perform minor repairs on vehicle ignitions
• Cut basic residential and commercial keys

You're a Good Fit If You:

• Have mechanical aptitude and enjoy working with your hands (locksmith experience helpful, but not required)
• Can stay patient and methodical through multi-step troubleshooting
• Keep a clean, organized mobile workspace
• Have a valid, clean driver's license (required — a license check and background check are part of our hiring process)

Schedule:

• Full-time, 40 hours/week (5-day week, Saturdays required)
• Overtime opportunities to earn time-and-a-half compensation
