Account Executive

Top Lock Locksmiths & Security | Hicksville, NY

Full-Time | Remote, Hybrid, or In-Person | Compensation: $67,000 – $80,000 per year, depending on experience

As an Account Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts. You will own each account's performance from start to finish, from the moment a work order comes in to the moment the client signs off satisfied. The role suits someone who communicates well, keeps track of details, and takes real ownership of results.

This position is available as remote, hybrid, or in-person at our Hicksville, NY office, depending on the candidate's preference and location.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned client contacts, serving as their primary point of contact
• Take responsibility and accountability for the performance of assigned accounts by managing work orders from inception through planning, execution, and completion
• Stay aware of each client's expectations and KPIs (speed, quality, and customer satisfaction), and tailor your communication to each account's preferences
• Ensure work orders on your accounts are handled:

1. on time,
2. efficiently,
3. to Top Lock's workmanship standards, and
4. in a way that leaves the client satisfied

• Keep clean, accurate notes in Top Lock's Salesforce system and in each client's work order portal
• Ensure technicians follow the Not-to-Exceed (NTE) amount on every work order, and submit NTE increase requests when necessary
• Stay current on account data and metrics, and be ready to discuss account performance weekly and quarterly
• Perform other duties as needed

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Prior experience in the facilities maintenance industry
• Familiarity with common work order platforms
