Location: Scottsdale, AZ (In-Office)
Schedule: Mondays - Fridays, 8am - 6pm. Occasional Saturdays.

- Run our proven sales process with discipline - and make it your own with swagger.
- Follow up like a pro. Create momentum, remove friction, and win the second call.
- Partner with a hungry team. Share what’s working, steal what’s better, and raise the bar.
- Train, iterate, improve. You’ll get the frameworks and feedback to level up fast.

This role is commission-only - by design. If you’re here, you want upside. Our top performers earn up to $250,000 per year, and your trajectory is tied to your output. No ceiling. No confusion. Just cause-and-effect.

- 2 years of phone sales or closing experience (inside, outside, or high-ticket).
- Clear communicator who listens first and asks great follow-up questions.
- Welcomes objections and offers quick rebuttals.
- Competitive, consistent, and self-managed - especially on follow-up.
- Growth mindset: you want feedback, frameworks, and bigger targets.
- Local to Scottsdale and energized by an on-site, high-performance team.
