Description
- Review and validate loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Non-QM guidelines.
- Perform thorough audits of closed loans, ensuring all conditions have been met with Non-QM guidelines. Deliver complete collateral and trailing document packages as assigned.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues in loan files.
- Prepare final closing documents and coordinate with title companies and lenders to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain organized records of all closed loans and related documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes related to Non-QM products.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders and inclusive of communication to our clients and borrowers.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage post-closing.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage documents.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in mortgage software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adhere to production standards while thriving in high-pressure environments, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks without compromising quality
