We’re expanding our team and looking for a highly motivated Auto Body Technician who takes pride in producing high-quality repairs and wants to work in a professional, fast-paced collision repair environment.

What You’ll Do
- Perform complete collision repairs from teardown to final assembly.
- Repair and replace damaged body panels, structural components, and sheet metal.
- Perform MIG welding, panel replacement, metal fabrication, and frame-related repairs.
- Straighten dents and restore vehicles to pre-accident condition using OEM repair procedures whenever applicable.
- Install bumpers, trim, moldings, lights, glass, and other vehicle components.
- Prepare vehicles for paint through proper sanding, bodywork, and finishing techniques.
- Inspect completed repairs to ensure they meet our high standards for safety, fit, finish, and appearance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while working efficiently with estimators, painters, and the production team.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician in a collision repair facility.
- Strong knowledge of structural repairs, panel replacement, welding, and metal finishing.
- Ability to accurately read repair estimates and follow repair procedures.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality workmanship.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
