What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Processing Specialist position at Top Group?
Job Description:
-This position is mainly responsible for customer order processing and related administrative follow up as well as performing as a member of warehouse replenishment team.
Position is also responsible for tracing all outbound customer orders to ensure on-time delivery and proactive problem avoidance that arise in transportation and delivery phase.
Position works closely with our branch offices, public warehouses, factories, co-packers and the carriers to ensure relevant information is thoroughly communicated and preventative actions are surely executed.
Qualifications:
-Education: High School Diploma required. AA college degree preferred.
-Experience: Three to Five years related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Related experience preferably in consumer packaged goods industry warehouse distribution, inventory control, customer service.
-Excellent computer knowledge and skills using Excel, Microsoft Windows.
-Excellent customer service skills are a must.
