Position: Spanish Bilingual Human ResourcesIndustry: Japanese Food Manufacturing CompanyLocation: Molette Plant Office / Santa Fe Springs, CAPay: $120K-140K (DOE) plus benefitsStatus: Full time / Direct hireResponsibilities:●Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department. ●Ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy. ●Oversees the daily workflow of the HR & GA department at the plant office. ●Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. ●Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. Qualifications:●Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.●USDA-regulated food industry experience desired. ●Strong supervisory and leadership skills. ●Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. ●Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and ADP.
