Our client, a Japanese Food Distributor, is searching for a IT Security Administrator to join their team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field
- 1–5 years of cybersecurity experience
- Experience with Microsoft Defender and Microsoft 365 Security tools
- Knowledge of endpoint management (Intune, MDM/MAM), patching, and compliance
- Understanding of security tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management)
- Experience with incident response and threat analysis
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; English required, Japanese preferred
JOB DUTIES:
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts using SIEM, Microsoft security tools, and other monitoring platforms
- Perform triage, analysis, and containment of security incidents, escalating complex cases as needed
- Manage and support enterprise security tools including firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, endpoint protection, and Microsoft Defender/M365 security platforms
- Oversee endpoint security and device compliance using tools such as Microsoft Intune and other MDM/MAM solutions
- Support vulnerability management, system patching, and remediation efforts to reduce risk exposure
- Enforce security policies and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., J-SOX)
- Maintain incident documentation, support audits, and provide security guidance across business units
