As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll work behind the scenes to ensure every order is accurate, compliant, and ready for a seamless hand-off to our customers. Your precision and organization keep the flow between back-of-house and sales floor running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, label, and organize incoming inventory in accordance with NY State OCM regulations and our internal standards
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery with speed and accuracy
- Support the budtender team by restocking displays and ensuring shelves remain full and compliant
- Assist with daily inventory counts and reconciliation through POS/seed-to-sale systems
- Uphold safety, sanitation, and confidentiality standards in all handling of cannabis products
Required Skills
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Previous experience in inventory, fulfillment, or retail operations (cannabis experience a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while following compliance procedures and attention to detail
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage high-volume orders accurately
- Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs
- Dependable team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support multiple departments

- Experience with inventory/POS software
- Interest in cross-training for budtending or front-of-house customer service
