Position Overview:
We’re looking for an outgoing, organized, and social media-savvy individual to join our team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the store, making sales, and promoting our brand through platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves fashion, content creation, and connecting with people both in-store and online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with purchases and deliver excellent customer service
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Help with merchandising and organizing inventory
- Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to promote new arrivals, in-store events, and trends
- Be comfortable appearing on camera for social content (no camera-shyness!)
- Use knowledge of social media trends to increase brand visibility
- Track sales and take advantage of commission opportunities on clothing sales
Requirements:
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident in front of a camera
- Solid knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, especially fashion content and trends
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Having an existing social media following is a bonus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for fashion and creativity
