Job Description
We are looking for a full time Body Shop Manager. The Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the body shop, both operationally and financially.
We are seeking candidates who are diligent, motivated, energetic, have a positive attitude, are entrepreneurial, enjoy working with customers and who get excited leading a team to help them accomplish their goals.
What we are looking for:
- Team player who is responsible for the overall performance of the center
- Lead the team at the center, including estimators and production technicians
- Responsible for selling collision repair and refinish services
- Develop detailed estimates of the cost of services and explain the estimates to customers
- Customer interaction / service, both over the phone and in-person
- Develop and cultivate relationships with local and national customer accounts
- Manage and help develop team members at the center
- Focus on quality
- Results driven
- Possesses good decision-making ability and sound judgment
- Commitment to continued learning
- Performs other miscellaneous job duties and related functions as needed
Background / Experience:
- Prior experience in the Auto Body industry required
