Description:
- Leverage existing relationships in dermatology, med spas, and aesthetic industry to achieve monthly prescription sales performance objectives through customer service presentations and deep medication knowledge
- Provide territory coverage through consistent targeting and follow up with identified prescribers.
- Build and adhere to sales plan to maximize personal performance.
- Maintain consistent communication with colleagues and leadership to improve the territory and meet corporate goals.
- Achieve high standards of professionalism and performance.
Requirements:
- 2 years Dermatology/Aesthetic or Medical sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Demonstrated selling skills, organization, focus, and determination.
- Proven sales accomplishments, and ability to bring a book of relationships to the table for personal use in territory.
- Hungry and a hunter mentality, to be personally motivated to achieve goals.
Compensation: $85-100k Base DOE, 220k at plan uncapped – 750/month car allowance, Gas, Expenses, Laptop/Cell phone, 401k, and great benefits
