Schedule & Compensation:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:15 PM (with scheduled breaks and a lunch period)
• Hourly Wage: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, Based on Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately and efficiently pull products from warehouse locations based on picking tickets or electronic device instructions.
• Accuracy Check: Ensure the correct product type and quantity are selected for each order.
• Packaging & Staging: Manually stack products onto pallets, wrap them, and prepare/stage orders for shipment by verifying accuracy and building pallets.
• Equipment Use: Safely use tools and equipment, including safety box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and manual pallet jacks.
• Physical Tasks: Regularly get on and off powered equipment, step on and off throughout the shift, and perform tasks requiring hand use (single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling).
• Inventory & Operations: Assist with inventory counts and organization as needed. Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified, training available).
• Safety & Maintenance: Assist in cleaning the warehouse and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Physical Capability:
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 70 lbs (team lift suggested for weights in excess of 70 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and stack materials up to 50 lbs.
• Experience: Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Work Ethic: Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with handheld RF scanners or other warehouse management technology is a plus. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
• General Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age or older and have a reliable vehicle to get to and from work.
